Injection Moulding

Through our in house design facility we are able to offer advice on material selection, component design and associated problems. Our knowledge of modern materials ensures the correct selection that is both fit for purpose and cost effective. We are able to produce injection mouldings up to 600grms from our 22 machines which range from 20 to 250 tonnes capacity.

Tool Making

Data received from clients in CAD, Iges, 3D or Solid Works can be used to produce from a single to a complete suite of multi cavity tooling to satifsy prototype or full production requirements. Our experience gained over the past 30 years allows our team of experts to offer suggestions in all areas associated with Mould Tooling and Injection Moulding.

Assembly and Packaging

We are happy to supply complete sub-assemblies, avoiding the need for additional operations to be undertaken by our customers and other sub contractors. Parts can be bulk or individually packed in disposable or returnable packaging.

Additional Processes

We are able to also offer additional processes to support our customer's final requirements such as trimming, painting, laser etching and hot foil stamping and printing.

Transport

Our own transport supplies JIT deliveries to our customer's requirements and we can also accomodate KanBan and returnable dedicated packaging.
